01. Identify Need
During this step, you may already have your need, and may be looking for us to help you fulfill the requirement; or you may need assistance on what exact requirements the client is looking for. (ex. temporary or permanent, long term contract, or short term) This may include a visit to the office location to get a sense of company culture, and give us an understanding for what the client needs are.
02. Locate Candidates
We begin your search for the candidates that fit your need. On a staffing request, our recruiters pre-screen the candidates at a high level.
03. Initial Interview
One of our senior technical members, experienced in the industry and skills to be screened, will execute an interview. This interview will validate a candidates experiences and knowledge stated in their background. At times our clients provide additional questions that we may ask.
04. Provide Candidate
Upon successful completion of a Skyline interview, we provide you the candidates for you to review.
05. Client Acceptance
If the client decides the candidate fits their needs, we process paperwork, and finalize terms.
06. Follow-up
We process paperwork depending on the type of service, and we maintain the relationship with client and candidate, and followup to ensure needs are met.
